Familyfest 2001
Friday June 22 - Saturday June 23
Familyfest 2001 is a two-day regional musical festival with midway rides and games, a championship barbecue cook-off, food, drinks and fun!
The entertainment line up on Friday is Dexter Freebish, Wild Orchid and O-Town. Saturday night's performers are the Jimmy Buffet Tribute band, Billy Yates, Cris Cagle and John Anderson.
Familyfest takes place on the North Shore Riverwalk in North Little Rock, Arkansas. Estimated attendance is around 40,000 people! Activities start Friday from 3:00-10:00p and continue Saturday from 10:00-10:00p. Admission is $5 for a two-day ticket, with children 5 and under free!
A percentage of the proceeds goes to The March of Dimes Foundation!

Here's a tip on how to get tickets for this event, which is a post-game concert:
You must purchase a ticket to the game to attend the concert. Box Seats are $8.00, Reserved
Seats are $6.00 and General Admission is $4.00 (possibly). Following the game, a portable stage is brought to the pitching mound. The audience is permitted to stay seated for the concert or a wrist band can be purchased (usually $3.00), which will allow entrance to the field and be next to the stage. Usually a barrier is put up that keeps the audience about 3 feet from the stage, but there are times when the performer has asked for the barrier to be removed, allowing people up next to the stage.
